We provide project managers that identify and set the level of the project quality management activities suitable to the project size and complexity. Our procurement division is accountable to ensure the quality, cost and delivery of the equipment and materials meets the project requirements and client’s expectations. For us to achieve this, priority sourcing is focused on OEMs who have reliable records in past projects with client specification.

Utilizing in-house developed IT tools, our procurement department manages all enquiries from Request for Quotations to Purchase Order placement; as well as for After Purchase Order activities such as expediting and ensuring that Quality control inspections and transportations of goods to site is followed to meet the project schedule.

We lay emphasis on Quality. Therefore, the criticality level of every item purchased are identified prior to order placement. Orders with a high criticality level is subjected to extensive witness inspections during key stages of the manufacturing process and tests, to ensure the highest quality standard is safeguarded.

Construction

We offer a range of offshore engineering services and products to our clients, including designing and fabricating. Our design engineers and draftsmen are well aware of the various offshore environments found in the oil and gas industry, and are able to offer designs in both existing subsea structures as well as new prototypes, which are then drafted and offered to our clients. Upon approval of these drawings, the fabrication is performed by experienced and certified welders. Therefore, clients have the option of utilizing our in-house services to have the completed structure installed offshore.

We also offer a fully integrated approach to the Construction and Commissioning stage. The Construction team develops the approach to construction during the front-end engineering phase and detailed design phase of a project. As a result of detailed reviews and decisions, the Construction division produces a Construction Execution Plan specifically tailored for each project considering constructability, logistics, transportation, all on-site construction activities and/or construction groupings capabilities for clients’ needs.
